Managing Director of Consumer Markets Appointment

Norman Broadbent plc (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, with an ambitious growth plan to scale the business through disciplined investment in fee-earning capacity, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Nobbs as a Managing Director to lead the firm's global Consumer Markets practice, effective August 2026.

David brings more than 20 years' experience in executive search and leadership consulting, helping clients solve complex leadership challenges and to build high-performing executive teams. His track record includes advising founder-led, family-owned, listed and private equity-backed businesses on senior leadership appointments, partnering with executive and non-executive boards to support organisations through growth, transformation and turnaround. Most recently, David served as CEO of Frisch Search, a boutique executive search firm established in 1997.

David's appointment further strengthens Norman Broadbent's Consumer Markets capabilities, combining the trusted relationships and specialist expertise he has built over many years with the firm's international platform and broader leadership advisory offering. The appointment reflects Norman Broadbent's continued investment in expanding its sector expertise and leadership advisory capabilities following a period of strategic growth for the Group.
