Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, with an ambitious growth plan to scale the business through disciplined investment in fee-earning capacity, announces that it has allotted 83,205 new ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the trustee of its employee benefit trust (the "EBT") at a price of £0.05 each, being their nominal value.

 

The above issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares will enable the EBT to satisfy incentive awards granted to employees of the Company and its wider group.

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is anticipated that the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, will be admitted to trading on AIM on 3 August 2026.

 

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 2,008,893 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and that figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
