Norman Broadbent (LSE AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, announces the

appointment of Dr. Annette Nabavi to the Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2026 with Annette assuming the roles of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee upon appointment. 

 

Annette brings over 30 years of experience in operational and advisory roles including driving growth through team building and international diversification, and through acquisition and partnerships. Annette currently sits on the boards of Eleco plc and Iomart Group plc, two AIM companies. At Eleco, Annette is Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit & Risk, the Nominations and the Environmental, Social & Governance Committees.  At Iomart, Annette is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and the Nominations Committees. She has held several other non-executive director roles, including at Maintel Holdings Plc, where she also chaired the Remuneration Committee. Her remuneration experience is also reflected in her involvement with the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA), where she supported the update to the Remuneration Committee Guide published in 2021. Annette is Finance Director for Women in Telecoms and Technology, a Not-for-Profit organisation.
