Appointment to UK Government Recruitment Framework

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, with an ambitious growth plan to scale the business through disciplined investment in fee-earning capacity, is pleased to announce its appointment as a supplier on the UK Government Commercial Agency's ("GCA") RM6394 Executive & Non-Executive Search 3 framework. The GCA is the UK's largest public procurement organisation with the appointment covering three lots ("Lots") and running for a minimum period of 4 years.

The framework facilitates recruitment of executive and non-executive positions via specialist agencies for central government and wider public sector organisations.  It is designed to streamline the recruitment process by providing government entities with access to approved suppliers across a range of senior job roles, functions and professions. Norman Broadbent's appointment across all three Lots evidences the Company's expertise and elite reputation in identifying, assessing and appointing senior executive leaders and board members.

The appointment represents a significant strategic milestone for the Group, reflecting the continued execution of the Company's disciplined growth strategy to broaden its service offering and specifically to strengthen its position within the UK public sector. It highlights the synergistic benefit of the acquisition of Society Limited earlier this year, with the Group successfully leveraging Society's established presence and track record in this sector.

Kevin Davidson, Chief Executive Officer of Norman Broadbent plc, commented: "This appointment is strategically very well timed, following our acquisition of Society earlier this year, and represents an important step in the continued development of our public sector offering. It's also testament to the strength of our executive search capabilities, our growing cross-sector expertise and our commitment to supporting government departments and public sector organisations in appointing exceptional leaders.

We look forward to working with organisations across government and the wider public sector to identify leaders who will deliver meaningful outcomes for the organisations, people and communities they serve."
