Voting Rights and Share Capital Update

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, and as at 31 March 2026, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 90,114,556 Ordinary Shares of ten pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in matters at general meetings of the Company. There are no shares held in treasury. This figure (90,114,556) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Norcros under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
