The Board of Nippon Active Value Fund plc (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the appointment of NSM Funds (UK) Limited as Company Secretary and Administrator following a competitive tender process.
These appointments will take effect from 1 January 2025 and in consequence of these appointments, the Company's registered office will change to 4th Floor, 46-48 James Street, London, England, W1U 1EZ.
