Concert Party Shareholding
Nichols plc ('Nichols', the 'Company' or the 'Group'), the diversified soft drinks group, announces a correction to the previously reported aggregate shareholding of the Nichols concert party (the "Nichols Concert Party"). On 31 October 2024 the Company disclosed that the Nichols Concert Party held 13,122,925 Ordinary Shares, 35.9% of the Company's issued share capital.

As a result, the Nichols Concert Party holds an aggregate interest in 13,377,925 Ordinary Shares representing 36.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
