On 27 February 2026, it was announced that Otus Capital Management had notified Nexus that its holding in the Company had reduced to 3.81%.

Otus Capital Management has notified the Company that due to a processing error, the notification it provided to the Company was incorrect and that Otus Capital Management's holding is still 9.979%.

Accordingly, the TR1 notification published on 27 February 2026 under RNS No. 7292U should be disregarded.
