Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions announces that on 30 September 2026, it was notified that on that same day, Clare Lacey, Interim Chair of the Company, purchased 10,717 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.937 per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase, Clare Lacey’s total shareholding in the Company is 13,900 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15% per cent of Nexus’ total voting rights.
