Exercise of options and total voting rights

 

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a global leader in secure people-data solutions for human capital management ("HCM") systems, announces the issue and allotment of 10,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees of the Company. The share options were granted on 20 June 2022 with an exercise price of 5p each.

 

Application will be made for the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 19 February 2026 ("Admission"). The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

 

Total voting rights

 

Following Admission, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company will comprise of 9,424,647 ordinary shares of 5p each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 9,424,647.

 

This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
