Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announces that Ali Haeri Mazanderani, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Board of his intention to stand down as a Director on 30 September 2021.

 

As a result, Ali will cease to be a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee.

 

The Board would like to place on record their appreciation for the contribution Ali has made to the Company since joining in January 2020.
