                         Director's Interest In Shares

Netcall announces that on 20 September 2005, Roger Allsop, a Non-Executive
Director of Netcall, purchased 16,362 shares in the company at a price of 17p
per share and a further 25,000 shares in the company at a price of 16.88p. Mr
Allsop now has a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 shares in the company,
representing 1.52% of the company's issued share capital.
