AGM statement

Netcall plc (AIM: NET), an enterprise software company that unites automation and customer engagement in one AI-powered platform, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.30 am today at which Henrik Bang, Chair, will make the following statement:

"We are pleased to confirm that positive momentum has continued in the first half of FY26, and trading is in line with management's expectations. Demand for our Liberty cloud platform is increasing as organisations move to unified automation, AI and customer engagement platforms that modernise operations and reduce complexity. This is driving ACV growth and supporting recurring revenue visibility.

"With the completion of the cloud investment programme, as previously announced, the product roadmap is positioned to capitalise on the ongoing industry-wide migration to cloud subscriptions. This continues to be complemented by customers increasingly adopting new AI capabilities and upgraded modules as they deepen and extend their use of the Liberty platform.

"New business remains healthy across our core sectors, with newlogo signups at rates above last year and continuing growth from existing customers through crosssales and migrations. Recent publicsector wins include Lancashire County Council and North Yorkshire Council, where our solutions are improving citizen experiences and outcomes.

"We continue to execute our M&A strategy, with the recent acquisition of Jadu, which adds accessibility-first digital experience and AI capabilities, expanding our presence amongst local governments from c. one in three to c. one in two UK councils. This aligns with our strategy of acquiring businesses that accelerate Liberty's product roadmap, broaden our customer base, and create cross-sell opportunities that can increase ACV per account and support recurring revenue quality.

"With a strong pipeline, robust balance sheet and clear momentum from increased cloud and automation sales, we remain confident of continued progress in FY26."
