Termination of Growth Capital Facility
NeoTerra (LSE: TERA) (OTCQB: ANRCF), the African critical minerals exploration and development company, announces that its Growth Capital Facility (the "Facility") referred to in its announcement of 6 May 2026 (the "Announcement"), has been terminated.
Pursuant to the Facility, the Company issued 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Zeus at nominal value representing only the Initial Tranche Shares. No further Facility Shares were issued to Zeus.
The return of the Initial Tranche Shares to the control of the Company will be dealt with in accordance with the mechanism established in the Facility agreement.
Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.
