Directorate Change

NCC Group plc, (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Company"), announces that after nine years, Mike Ettling, independent non-executive director, will be stepping down from the board of the Company with effect from 30 September 2026.

As a result, Mike will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee.  Jennifer Duvalier will therefore join the Audit Committee as an additional member with effect from 1 September 2026.

Chris Stone, Chair commented: "After nine years' service as a non-executive director at NCC Group, I would like to extend the board's thanks to Mike for his excellent work and support throughout his tenure. The board is extremely grateful to Mike for his significant contribution to the business and we wish him all the best for the future."
