Nativo Resources Plc
("Nativo" or the "Company")
Loan Facility Update
Nativo Resources plc (LON: NTVO), the precious metals company with gold mining and processing interests in Peru, announces it has agreed with YA II PN Ltd (the "Lender"), an institutional investor managed by Yorkville Advisors Global, LP, a three-month repayment holiday under the Company's £2.1 million unsecured loan agreement announced on 20 May 2026 (the "Loan Agreement").
Under the Loan Agreement there remains £1.68 million of loan principal outstanding. The Company and the Lender have agreed a principal repayment holiday in respect of September, October and November 2026. Thereafter, normal monthly instalments plus interest as set out in the 20 May 2026 announcement shall resume until the loan has been repaid.
The loan holiday supports the Company's project financing and equity subscription agreement with Chancery Royalty Limited ("Chancery"), announced on 18 September 2026, and will enable Nativo to direct the capital that would otherwise have been applied towards the YA amortisation payments to the construction and commissioning of the Phase 1 La Patona Gold Ore Processing Plant ("La Patona").
Stephen Birrell, Chief Executive Officer of Nativo, commented:
"We appreciate the flexibility shown by our Lender in allowing us to prioritise capital to be invested in the Phase 1 La Patona Gold Ore Processing Plant for which we are targeting commissioning and first revenues in Q2 2027."
