Nativo Resources PLC (LON: NTVO), the precious metals company with gold mining and processing interests in Peru, announces that it has received a valid exercise notice in respect of 12,875,000 warrants issued as part of the placing and subscription announced on 28 July 2026. The warrants carry an exercise price of £0.0028 per Ordinary Share.

 

The Company has approved the issue of 12,875,000 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue 

 

Admission and Total Voting Rights

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 12,875,000 new Ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that such Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 13 October 2026.

 

In accordance with the provision of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company confirms that, following the issue of the above new Ordinary shares, its issued Ordinary share capital will comprise 1,514,350,618 Ordinary Shares. All the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 1,514,350,618. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
