Series 2 Covered Bonds due 22 September 2026 issued pursuant to its €45,000,000,000 Covered Bond Programme

(ISIN: XS2049803575)

(the Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer to the Bondholders that on 22 September 2026 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 2 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Nationwide Building Society €45,000,000,000 Covered Bond Programme. 

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 2 Covered Bonds, the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 2 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 2 Covered Bonds with effect from 21 October 2026 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
