National Grid Electricity Transmission plc announces that it has today agreed to repurchase £110,000,000 in nominal amount of the Instruments.

The settlement of the repurchase is expected to occur on or around 18 December 2025. The repurchased Instruments will then be cancelled and following this cancellation, the nominal amount of Instruments outstanding will be £90,000,000.
