The following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for viewing:
Final Terms for National Gas Transmission PLC's €500,000,000 4.250 per cent. Instruments due 27 March 2032 (the "Instruments") pursuant to the base prospectus dated 16 December 2025, as supplemented by the supplement dated 23 July 2026 (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the National Gas Transmission PLC Euro 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Final Terms for the Instruments contain the final terms of the Instruments. The Final Terms of the Instruments must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
