Change of venue AGM

 

Narf Industries plc (LSE: NARF), has issued a notice of meeting for its AGM to be held at 2pm on 24 September 2026. This is to inform all shareholders that the venue of the meeting has been changed to 26 Caxton Street, London, SW1H ORJ. A representative of the meeting Chairman will be available outside the original address until 2pm on the date of the meeting to adjourn the meeting to the new address and to escort any shareholders who wish to appear in person.

 

All proxies sent in accordance with the instructions in the original notice of meeting will remain valid and, other than the change of venue, the meeting will proceed as set out in the original notice of meeting.
