Naked Wines announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 24 March 2026 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Panmure Liberum Limited in the period from 08 June 2026 to 11 June 2026.

Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 71,717,079 with 5,460,795 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 66,256,284. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the Share Buyback Programme.

Following the above purchase of shares, the Company announces that it has now completed its Share Buyback Programme, to acquire up to a maximum aggregate consideration of £1 million.

 

In total, the Group repurchased 1,355,130 ordinary shares at an average price of 73.79 pence, for a total consideration of £999,999.
