Naked Wines announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 24 March 2026 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Panmure Liberum Limited in the period from 18 May 2026 to 22 May 2026.

Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 71,717,079 with 4,626,613 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 67,090,466. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
