Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies and notice of their availability on the Company's website has been sent to all other shareholders.

A copy of both documents is available on the Group's website at: www.nahlgroupplc.co.uk/investors/results-and-reports.

The AGM will be held at 10.00am on 25 June 2026 at Allenby Capital, 5 St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB.

The Board will continue to provide access to the Meeting online via the Investor Meet Company platform to enable shareholders to follow the Meeting. Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM online should register for the event in advance via: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/nahl-group-plc/register-investor.

Whilst shareholders using this service will be able to follow the Meeting, they will not be able to vote, ask questions or otherwise participate in the Meeting via this facility, and the use of this facility will not constitute formal attendance at the AGM.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions prior to the Meeting by sending them to [e-mail] with details of their name, shareholding and question by 10.00am on 23 June 2026.

The Board strongly recommends that shareholders submit their proxies as early as possible and appoint the chair of the Meeting as their proxy and give their instructions on how they wish the chair to vote on the proposed resolutions. This will ensure that votes will be counted if ultimately a shareholder (or any other proxy who they might otherwise appoint) is not able, or does not wish, to attend the AGM in person.

The results of the AGM will be announced via RNS as soon as practicable following the Meeting.
