Merger Announcement

The Issuer announces that on 31 March 2026, Chelmer Housing Partnership Limited (the Borrower) merged with Estuary Housing Association (Estuary) to form a new housing association called Delta Housing Limited (Delta). The merger was effected by way of Estuary transferring its engagements into the Borrower in accordance with the statutory process set out in Section 110 of the Co-Operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and the Borrower then changing its name to Delta.

The increased financial capacity that the merger provides will enable Delta to deliver more for the people and communities it serves. Delta will improve services, invest more in existing homes and build more high-quality, affordable housing that's urgently needed. Completion of the merger follows comprehensive due diligence, regulatory approvals, extensive consultation with customers and engagement with key stakeholders.

Delta is a charitable housing association registered in England as a Community Benefit Society (Reg. 8112) and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (L4331).
