Board Appointments

Further to its announcement on 7 August 2026, Mulberry, the modern British lifestyle brand, today announces the appointment of two Independent Non-Executive Directors to the Board, with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 9 September 2026.

Sara Dickinson

Sara Dickinson will be appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.

Sara brings over 30 years' experience in finance with deep expertise in financial governance, digital finance processes and transformation. Since February 2025, Sara has been Group Chief Financial Officer of Boldyn Group Limited, a telecoms infrastructure business. Prior to this, Sara was Chief Finance Officer of BSI, a business improvements and standards company, where she drove successful finance and transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Expedia Inc and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance Committee of A2Dominion, a residential property group. Sara also served as Commercial Finance Director at Costa Coffee, Group Financial Controller for Sage Group plc and Vice President and European Chief Financial Officer of ebookers.  Sara is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Aptitude Software Group PLC.

Kenny Wilson

Kenny Wilson will be appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and will also sit on the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

Kenny has extensive executive experience building and growing global consumer brands. Most recently, Kenny served as Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Martens plc between 2018 and 2025. Before this, he held the position of CEO of Cath Kidson Limited where he led a significant international expansion prior to its sale. Kenny has also held the positions of President (Europe) for Claire's Accessories and Senior Vice President at Levi Strauss & Co. Following his executive career, Kenny has spent time in Non-Executive and advisory roles at high growth consumer and fashion brands. He is currently Interim CEO at K Way, a private equity backed outdoor clothing brand, and Chairman of British luxury streetwear brand Represent.
