Stretch Performance Incentive

Motorpoint, the UK's leading independent omnichannel vehicle retailer, the Company announces that that on 24 July 2026 (the "Grant Date") a Stretch Performance Incentive ("SPI") award over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") was made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities as set out below (the "Awards").

Awards were granted in the form of nil cost options, which vest on the achievement of performance against stretch targets within a five year performance period to FY31. Any awards vesting prior to the final performance test at the end of the five year performance period will be subject to a post vesting holding period until the fifth anniversary of grant during which time vested shares may not be sold (other than for tax or exceptional circumstances).
