Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1) announces that it has today published its Notice of AGM on its investor website (www.mortgageadvicebureau.com/investor-relations) and has posted copies to those shareholders entitled to receive hardcopy communications from the Company.

 

The Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year to 31 December 2025 is also available on the investor website and has already been send to shareholders who are entitled to receive hardcopy communications.

 

The AGM will be held at 12:30pm on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at Capital House, Pride Place, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8QR.
