Offer for Subscription update

The Directors of Elderstreet VCT plc confirm that the Offer for Subscription launched on 22 December 2015 ("Further Top Up Offer") was extended by the Board to increase the maximum number of shares to be issued under the Further Top Up Offer from 494,565 to 625,741 Ordinary Shares.

All Offers for Subscription are now closed.
