Issue of Equity

The Directors of Elderstreet VCT plc announce an allotment on 18 December 2014 of 2,240,885 ordinary shares of 5p each issued at an average price of 68.14p per share (in accordance with the pricing formula) pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 9 October 2014. The issue price was based on the latest announced net asset value per share ("NAV") of 67.8p (30 November 2014 NAV adjusted for dividend of 2p per share paid on 12 December 2014).

Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
