Vulcan Two Group plc, the Company building a leading regulated UK ePharmacy through buy-and-build, confirms the change of its name to Molecule Group plc.

 

Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 2 October 2026 and the name change to Molecule Group plc has become effective immediately. The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new TIDM code/ticker symbol ‘MOL’ will commence today at 8.00 a.m.
