ADMISSION TO TRADING OF SUB-DIVIDED SHARES OF £0.0001 UPDATE

R8 Capital Investments PLC announces that following the AGM held on 21 August 2026, the newly sub-divided 107,411,062 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in issue will be admitted to trading on 27 August 2026. The RNS of 21 August 2026, had an admission date of 26 August, which as per above, has now been set back by one day to 27 August 2026.

Admission to trading of the Fundraising Shares is expected to occur as stipulated in the timetable set out in the Company's announcement of 20 August 2026.

Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as given in the Company's shareholder circular and notice of AGM dated 15 July 2026 and the Company's announcement of 20 August 2026.
