Further to the Company's announcement on 25 March 2026, R8 Capital Investments plc (LEI: 2138001BLO7EORII7E91) announces that 2,619,782 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Shares") have been admitted today, 2 April 2026, to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange under the ISIN GB00BKX8NT01.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 107,411,062 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company's entire issued ordinary share capital is admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the Company confirms that the Shares are fungible with all other ordinary shares of the Company admitted to trading.

The above issued share capital figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
