30 June 2026
MobilityOne Limited
("MobilityOne", the "Company" or the "Group")
Delay in publication of Annual Report and Accounts
Temporary suspension from trading on AIM
MobilityOne (AIM: MBO), the e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platform provider, announces that its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("FY 2025") will not be finalised by the end of June 2026, as stipulated under Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
The preparation of the Company's financial statements for FY 2025 has been ongoing. Notwithstanding this, despite the best efforts of all parties, the auditors in the UK have requested additional analysis to be completed by the Company's component auditors in Malaysia. This additional analysis is in connection with the Group's 49% owned associate company, Sincere Acres Sdn Bhd and its wholly owned subsidiary, Hati International Sdn Bhd ("Hati"). In particular, in relation to the impact of the winding up petition that Hati was subject to in December 2025, as announced by the Company on 22 December 2025, and the carrying value of the associate company in the Group accounts. A stay of execution of the winding up order was granted pending the outcome of an appeal, which is expected by the end of 2026.
Accordingly, the Company expects the accounts to be published in July 2026.
This delay to the publication of the audited FY 2025 annual accounts means that trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from 7:30 a.m. on 1 July 2026 and will remain suspended until the publication of its audited FY 2025 annual accounts.
The Company will release further announcements as and when appropriate.
