Strategic Media Partnership with Liga Premier FMF
Gana Media Group ("GANA"), the 100% owner of Estadio Deportes, today announces a strategic media partnership between Estadio Deportes and Liga Premier FMF, one of Mexico's leading football leagues. The agreement establishes a comprehensive content and distribution collaboration designed to expand the league's media presence and deepen fan engagement across digital and broadcast channels.
Under the agreement, Estadio Deportes will work alongside Liga Premier FMF to develop and distribute a wide range of football content, including live match coverage, editorial programming and digital media formats. The partnership positions Estadio Deportes as a key media platform supporting the growth and visibility of Mexico's lower football divisions.
Content Development and Distribution
The collaboration will include:
· Live match broadcasts, including the traditional "Lunes Premier" fixtures;
· Coverage of the 2025-2026 season finals across Serie A and Serie B;
· Production of exclusive editorial and digital content;
· Social media distribution, including highlights, short-form content and behind-the-scenes access; and
· Development of dedicated platforms, including Liga Premier TV and Liga Premier Radio.
The agreement strengthens Estadio Deportes' position as a scaled sports media platform within the Mexican market, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality football content to a growing audience.
Strategic Positioning within a Vertically Integrated Ecosystem
This partnership enhances the existing vertically integrated sports media and gaming ecosystem, where Estadio Deportes and its content platform will scale the Mexican Liga Premier as a premium media asset while also driving direct fan monetisation through the Estadio Gana betting operation.
The integration of media, content and betting infrastructure enables Gana to capture value across the full lifecycle of sports engagement, from audience acquisition through to monetisation.
Market Opportunity
Mexico represents an attractive growth market for iGaming, supported by strong football engagement, increasing digital adoption and favourable demographic trends.
The partnership is announced at a pivotal moment for the market, ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which Mexico will co-host. The tournament is expected to drive substantial increases in sports viewership, media consumption and betting activity across the region.
