Change of accounting reference date

As set out previously, Mobico today confirms that it will change its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 March to 31 December effective immediately.

As announced on 26 November 2025, the Company temporarily extended its financial year end from 31 December to 31 March following the appointment of new auditors, such that the Company is now returning to its usual financial reporting periods.

As a result of the change of year end, the Group's next two key financial reporting events will be as follows:

         publication of unaudited interim results for the 6-months ending 30 September 2026 (by 31 December 2026); and

         publication of audited statutory accounts for the 9-months ending 31 December 2026 (by 30 April 2027).
