Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Mobico Group PLC announces today that Ana de Pro Gonzalo has been appointed Senior Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the Company's 2026 AGM on 9th September 2026. Ana will remain as a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees.

As previously announced, Karen Geary, Senior Independent Director, will stand down from the Board at the conclusion of the 2026 AGM. Karen has served as a director for nearly seven years, having been appointed in October 2019, and was appointed Senior Independent Director in August 2023.
