Retirement of Director

The Directors of MJ Gleeson Group announce that Terry Morgan has retired as a non-Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect in order to pursue his other business interests.

Commenting on the news Dermot Gleeson, Chairman, said: "Terry has made an immensely valuable contribution to the Board's deliberations throughout the period of his membership and I and my colleagues owe him a very considerable debt of gratitude".
