The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 February 2009, the Director and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £0.7525 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the 'Scheme') which has been approved by the Inland Revenue. Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
