Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Board change

Mitie Group plc ('Mitie') today announces the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director.  Andrew Davies will join the Board, the Audit & Risk Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.  

Andrew has significant executive leadership experience across infrastructure, construction, defence and regulated sectors, with a strong record of delivering business transformation, operational improvement and stakeholder engagement. He was Chief Executive of Kier Group plc from April 2019 to October 2025, where he led a major transformation of the business.

Andrew has also served as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Chemring Group plc between May 2016 and January 2025, and as Chief Executive of Wates Group between January 2014 and January 2018. He also held senior leadership roles at BAE Systems plc.

Andrew is currently serving as Chair of Southern Water.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR6.4.8R in respect of Andrew Davies' appointment.
