The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.

On 20 August 2026 Peter Dickinson exercised a total of 2,178,718 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc Enhanced Delivery Plan ("EDP"), granted in 2021 in relation to the acquisition of Interserve Facilities Management in December 2020, and 858,698 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), granted in 2023.
