On 23 October 2025 Mitchells & Butlers plc ('M&B') announced that Tim Jones would retire as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of M&B, and that Emma Harris had been selected to succeed Tim  following a full handover. 

 

Emma commenced employment at M&B on Monday 20 April 2026.

 

The effective date of Tim's retirement is now confirmed as close of business on Monday 6 July 2026.
