New investment in Agentic payments infrastructure company

Mindflair plc, the AIM-quoted company focused on investing in Artificial Intelligence ("AI") related technology is pleased to announce that Sure Valley Ventures Fund II ("SVV2"), in which Mindflair holds an interest, has made a new investment in Ralio Limited ("Ralio"), a UK-based payments infrastructure company building technology tailored for B2B AI agents.

Ralio has raised $2.5 million in pre-seed funding in a round led by Sure Valley Ventures, with participation from Seed X, Love Ventures, Plug and Play, rule30, Adeline Arts and Science, Endurance Ventures, Campus Fund, fintech business angel Alan Morgan and continued support from Antler. The funding will be used to further develop Ralio's core platform and expand its engineering team in London.

Ralio is building a payments infrastructure system purpose-built for autonomous B2B AI systems. As AI agents become increasingly capable of executing financial workflows independently, existing payment systems remain designed primarily for human users, relying on manual authentication, approval processes and human-centric fraud controls. Ralio's platform is designed to address this gap by embedding guardrails, identity verification and audit trails directly into agentic transactions, enabling AI systems to safely and accountably move money across payment rails including bank transfers, cards and stablecoins.
