MicroSalt Plc
("MicroSalt" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity, Granting of Warrants and Total Voting Rights
MicroSalt (AIM: SALT), a leading manufacturer of full-flavour natural salt with approximately 50% less sodium, announces it has issued 400,000 new ordinary shares to Millwest Investments Pty Ltd (“Millwest”) (the “Millwest Shares”) at a deemed price per share of 14 pence (the “Issue Price”), in lieu of services provided in connection with the Company’s recent equity subscription, announced on 24 September 2026 (the “Subscription”).
The Issue Price of 14 pence per share is the same price at which shares were issued pursuant to the Subscription.
This effective re-investment of the commission due to Millwest, was agreed to be on the same terms as other investors participating in the Subscription. Accordingly, the Company has also granted 400,000 warrants to Millwest, which conditionally entitle Millwest to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share per warrant issued, at an exercise price of 14 pence.
In addition, the Company has agreed that commission payable to certain other introducers (private individual shareholders) shall be settled by the granting of 750,000 warrants (in aggregate) with an exercise price of 20 pence per new Ordinary Share.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of the Millwest Shares (“Admission”). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. on or around 29 October 2026.
Upon Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 78,602,719 ordinary shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, from Admission the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 78,602,719. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Millwest Shares will be issued free of all liens, charges and encumbrances and will, on Admission, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Warrants
A total of 12,157,609 warrants have therefore been granted by the Company pursuant to the Fundraising. The warrant certificates or CREST accounts (where warrants were requested in uncertificated form) are expected to be posted or credited, respectively, on 6 November 2026.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Company's announcement released at 1:30 p.m. on 16 September 2026.

About MicroSalt
MicroSalt is disrupting the global salt market with its patented, full-flavour, low-sodium salt designed for both food manufacturers and consumers. Using proprietary micron-sized particles, MicroSalt delivers the same salty taste as traditional salt with approximately 50% less sodium, offering a scalable solution to one of the world's most pressing health challenges.
Excess sodium consumption is a leading contributor to cardiovascular disease, the world's number one cause of death. The World Health Organisation targeted a 30% reduction in global sodium intake by 2025, a shift projected to save seven million lives by 2030. The economic case is equally compelling: in the UK alone, cardiovascular disease costs £19 billion annually, and reducing average daily salt intake by just one gram could save over 4,000 lives and £288 million each year.
