Notice of Annual General Meeting & Posting of Annual Report

Metals One (AIM: MET1, OTCQB: MTOPF), a critical and precious metals project developer and investor with a focus on gold and uranium, announces that the Company has posted a notice convening an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 28 July 2026 at 9.00 a.m. BST at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP at 8^th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW (the "Notice").

A copy of the Notice along with the Company's full annual report and accounts have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies and are available to view on the Company's website at: https://metals-one.com/.
