Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused private capital asset manager with over £2.2billion of assets under management, announces that it has made the following purchases of Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme announced on 1 April 2026, for the period from 29 October 2026 to 4 November 2026 (the "Period").

The Company intends to cancel the shares.
As announced on 3 November 2026, the Company transferred 1,456,597 Ordinary Shares from Treasury to satisfy the exercise by employees of SAYE options. The Company also announces that on 3 November 2026 it transferred 26,664 Ordinary Shares from Treasury to satisfy the exercise of employee share options.
Following the purchases and the transfers from Treasury, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will be 420,277,715 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company is holding 9,733,642 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
This figure of 420,277,715 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Canaccord Genuity Limited for the Period, on behalf of the Company, as part of the Share Buyback Programme on both an aggregate and individual trade basis:
