Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the regionally focused, private capital asset manager with c.£2.0billion of assets under management, announces that it has received notification of the following transfer relating to Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") by a Director and PDMR of the Company as follows.

 

Martin Glanfield, Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has dematerialised an original paper share certificate from Mercia's 2014 IPO and transferred 260,760 Ordinary Shares to a custody account.

 

Following the above transfer, Martin Glanfield, and persons closely associated, remains beneficially interested in 2,151,269 Ordinary Shares.
