Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited (AIM: MPL) announces that yesterday's hearing before the National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Mumbai Bench, in relation to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Karanja Terminal & Logistics Private Limited ("KTPL"), has been adjourned.

 

No substantive order was passed yesterday, and the matter has been listed for further hearing on 7 August 2026.
