The Company is pleased to advise that, in order to better reflect the activities of the Company following the proposed acquisition of the Eagle Lake Gold Project announced on 19 December 2025, it has changed its name to "Talon Resources plc".

The new TIDM code/ticker symbol will be "TAR".

The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged. Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.

The website development of www.talonresourcesplc.com is progressing and a further announcement will be made in due course. Until the website is complete, the existing Company website - https://www.medcaw-invest.com - will remain functional.
