 Transaction in Own Shares

ME GROUP INTERNATIONAL PLC ("ME Group ", or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.5p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

Lowest price per share (pence):	144.60
Highest price per share (pence):	153.40
Weighted average price per day (pence):	149.58

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 376,410,034 ordinary shares in issue of which none are held in Treasury.

The figure of 376,410,034 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
